Jinda started to create the digital factory system in 2022, and in March 2023, the digital factory system was put into operation and Jinda officially started its digital transformation.

The digital monitoring centre of the digital factory is integrated with the production department. Every process and related data are displayed on the screen, collecting data on the whole statement cycle of the product. For standardised products, the intelligence of the equipment ensures consistent quality as well as increased production speed, helping the factory to assess the efficiency of the production line and reduce waste of resources, thus enabling process optimisation processes. In addition, the digital factory can help the factory to carry out product development, improve the accuracy and efficiency of product design, optimise and enhance service efficiency and service levels.

Since its commissioning in March, staff in the production department have been able to use the digital screens to track the progress of production, from raw materials to finished products, monitor production efficiency and the progress of the production process, and use the data to identify and improve any problems in the process and solve them in a timely manner. The digital screens also allow for greater transparency and feedback from all processes. Compared to the previous system of collecting data and feedback through manpower, the digital factory system has greatly improved the speed of communication between departments.

Further implementation of the digital factory is expected this year, including the digitalisation of product development, process planning and marketing. Through collaborative models, standardised intelligent processes and standardised use of data, Jinda's core competitiveness can be further improved.
